This project was a second floor add on. The Sun Porch was completely removed and rebuilt to except the new living space.
We added a Master Bed Room, walk in closet, and a Custom Master Bath.
Based on it's location it was difficult to get some good pictures.
We dismantled the home and reused the original siding inside, making the repair seamless. The existing unit was then brought up to meet current building codes.
We duplicated the look and feel of the original house. Doors and trims, baseboards and woodworks were all custom to match.
We later added Custom shelving and draws to this walk in closet.
Add some carpet, power and some baseboard heat and we have a new room.

No Subs were used on this project...
Water damage had destroyed the structural integrity of this Sun Room.
It was completely removed then reframed to except the New Second Floor.
